Trailer Watch: “Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts” Brings Trailblazing Women Together
“It’s what I do. I bring people together,” says Robin Roberts in a new trailer for her upcoming Disney+ show. Each episode of “Turning the Tables with Robin Roberts” sees the “Good Morning America” and ABC News co-anchor sitting down with three famous women for heartfelt, revealing conversations about their lives and careers.
The spot for the show suggests that guests will be tackling subjects such as racism, sexism, and pressure to conform. “I would often get in trouble because I would speak my mind,” says Debbie Allen. Josie Totah emphasizes that as a trans person, she feels like “love and support is very few and far between.”
