T.I. claims that the person who sued him has a rather poor reputation! With that being said, the rapper has reportedly asked the judge dealing with his case to throw out the defamation lawsuit in which it is alleged that he put a gun to a woman’s head, threatening to kill her!
The plaintiff is named Sabrina Peterson, and she is suing TIP for libel, as well as invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress, among other accusations!

In response to the claims against him, T.I.’s lawyer Andrew Brettler clapped back by saying that Peterson is an ‘adjudged liar, a convicted felon with a lengthy rap sheet for crimes involving dishonesty and violent assault, and has a reputation for being unscrupulous.’
And that is not all! TMZ has also obtained some of the legal documents in this case, and T.I. argues in them that Peterson is unreputable.
On the other hand, the woman claims that the rapper and his wife, singer Tiny Harris, have been making public statements about her on social media in an effort to start a smear campaign against her.

She mentioned some of the criticism coming from Tiny on The Shade Room’s Instagram account back in January, comments in which she called Peterson ‘special’ and ‘strange.’
‘Hold up… So now you want your abuser to train your sons? He was just uncle two years ago, Now when did you say that my husband assaulted you? What with you today Pooh? I am confused. Stop Harassing My Family. You’re strange. Everyone knows you been special (face slicing seminar lady). Please get help but LEAVE US ALONE,’ Tiny wrote at the time.
The accusations against T.I. were made for the first time at the beginning of this year, Peterson claiming that the man put a gun to her head and threatened to shoot her dead!
Furthermore, she also referred to him as a ‘predator.’
She tweeted at the time that ‘The sad part about being a woman and BEING A BLACK WOMAN IS THIS! The public just PRAISES OUR PREDATORS! @troubleman31 YOU PUT A GUN TO MY HEAD IN FRONT OF CHILDREN and I NEVER CALLED THE COPS ON YOU!’
