‘Superman and Lois’ Wraps Filming On First Season

Elizabeth Tulloch reveals Superman and Lois has finally wrapped filming on its first season after a few delays and shared some behind-the-scenes photos.

Superman and Lois, like many productions, has had to deal with the COVID pandemic. Filming on the new CW series has paused several times over the course of season one. This has resulted in the show going on hiatus a few times, with the show currently on one and returning July 13th.

On Twitter, Elizabeth Tulloch shared the good news that Superman and Lois has completed filming on the first season of the series in Vancouver. Notably, the show’s season finale will be directed by The Flash‘s Tom Cavanagh. You can check out the behind-the-scenes photos that were also shared by the actress on social media below:

Here is the synopsis for the series:

Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch star as Superman & Lois, the world’s most famous superhero and comic books’ most famous journalist, as they return to Smallville to face their greatest challenge ever – dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.

In addition to Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane, the series stars Jordan Elsass and Alexander Garfin as the sons of the titular characters, Dylan Walsh as General Sam Lane, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang, and Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing. Written by The Flash‘s Todd Helbing, the series will be executive produced by Helbing, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Geoff Johns.
