More Set Photos Reveal Sasha Calle’s Full Supergirl Suit

Sasha Calle’s Supergirl suit has been revealed!

More set photos from The Flash give us our best look yet at Sasha Calle’s Supergirl suit.

Set to adapt the iconic Flashpoint storyline, Andy Muschietti’s The Flash is expected to be jam-packed with beloved and familiar characters, as well as new ones fans have been clamoring for. While much excitement has been placed over Ben Affleck returning as the DC Extended Universe’s Batman, and Michael Keaton returning as the Batman from the Tim Burton films, there’s also considerable hype regarding Supergirl.

Rising star Sasha Calle has been tapped to make her Supergirl debut in The Flash. Details are currently slim on how Calle’s Supergirl and Keaton’s Batman factor into the DC film, but all signs point to Barry Allen messing with the multiverse. Calle’s appearance is set to be action-packed, as recent set photos obtained by the Daily Mail show the star suited up in her already iconic Supergirl suit. Interestingly enough, these set photos don’t show Sasha Calle’s suit with a cape, though other set photos do show her rocking one. Maybe the cape will be added in post-production?

Directed by Andy Muschietti from a script written by Birds of Prey scribe Christina Hodson, The Flash will be inspired by the Flashpoint comic storyline, which followed The Flash as he navigated an altered DC Universe. Written by Geoff Johns and penciled by Andy Kuber, Flashpoint radically altered the status of the DC Comics universe and led to the launch of the New 52 titles. It is currently unknown how much inspiration the upcoming Ezra Miller film will take from the comic.

The Flash is set to hit theaters on June 3, 2022. Stay tuned for all the latest news regarding the future of the DC Extended Universe, and be sure to subscribe to Heroic Hollywood’s YouTube channel for more exclusive video content!
