Jennifer Garner took to her platform to compare her kids to – fungus! But don’t worry, it’s not necessarily a bad thing!
The actress posted a video of what looks like a wild mushroom, and in the caption, she joked that it was the perfect representation of how fast her and ex-husband Ben Affleck’s kids are growing!

That’s right, it turns out that the comparison is rather cute even though at first it might sound like an insult to her offspring.

Jennifer Garner does not usually share a lot about her young ones with the public so such posts are very appreciated by her followers.

The footage she posted on her IG account is from the Science Channel account on the same platform and features the sped up growth of a mushroom and it really sounds like the actress immediately related it to the growth of the three kids she shares with Ben Affleck.

‘Please enjoy this accurate representation of my kids’ current growth rate,’ she wrote, jokingly, alongside the video.

Usually, people would not be too happy to be compared to fungus but the actress definitely managed to make it super adorable in addition to making a lot of sense!

After all, many parents get to a point where they feel like their kids are growing way too fast and would like to just pause time and have them small for a bit longer.

Besides, this is not even the first time that Jennifer reflects on the speedy maturing of her children.

Back in December, while a guest on Today on her daughter Violet’s birthday, she said that: ‘My daughter is 15 today. Can you believe little Violet Affleck, she is 15?’

It’s obvious that the actress still needs some time to get used to the idea that her kids are growing up so fast!
