Chris Harrison Has Reportedly Received $10 Million As An Exit Relief Package From ‘The Bachelor’

Chris Harrison may no longer have a job following his exit from The Bachelor but that is not to say that he is in dire need of one! After all, according to new reports, the former host of Bachelor Nation has received an exit package worth millions of dollars!

According to a new report by Variety, Harrison was offered around $10 million, which is the combination of his alleged $9 million exit settlement and some remaining contractual fees!

This comes after previous reports that claimed differently, saying that his exit package was, in fact, a ‘significant eight-figure payout.’

Variety goes on to say that Harrison hired attorney Bryan Freedman, who also previously represented none other than Gabrielle Union during her own drama with America’s Got Talent.

The attorney also negotiated Megyn Kelly’s ‘mega-million payout’ when she left NBC News as well so it made sense for Harrison to hire this particular celebrity lawyer.

But, at the same time, Chris was hoping he would still get to return to the franchise since it allegedly took a while for him to realize how big his scandal really was!

In the meantime, he’s apologized for his words, posting the following message on his social media platform of choice: ‘I have no one to blame but myself for the way I spoke… I set the standards for myself, and I have to meet them. I feel that with every fiber of my being.“By excusing historical racism, I also defended it and invoked the term ‘woke police,’ which is unacceptable. I’m ashamed over how uninformed I was. To the Black community, the BIPOC community: I’m so sorry. My words were harmful. I am listening, and I truly apologize for my ignorance and any pain it caused you.’

The announcement that he was ‘stepping down’ from the Bachelor franchise came two days after his apology.
